the hotel was very clean and modern. it was very close to many locations i wanted to visit, as it was right in the city center. it made accessing all of my planned activities very easy. i really appreciated being so close to everything.

the reception staff spoke rather quickly, and their manner was not particularly warm. it did not feel aligned with the standards i typically associate with this chain.

breakfast offered many options, including smoothies and porridge with toppings. there was also skyr available and i noted that the service was quite efficient. the restaurant presents a good selection of food plus great service.

The location is quite convenient I found easy access to various shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful . The breakfast offered a decent selection of items.

My room lacked proper soundproofing I could hear street noise quite easily. Housekeeping was inconsistent . The gym equipment seemed outdated.

I stayed in a beautiful twin room, it was really modern! the self-service machine in the lobby made check-in so easy. i could even leave my luggage in a secure room after checking out, that really helped me out. the breakfast had tons of options. It was fab!

the reception staff was very quick when talking to me. i found them unfriendly, not meeting the standard i expect. i had requested room upgrades and late check out which was confirmed by email but was not added to the bill.
